To cancel your registration, you must notify "Metz Congres" (metz-congres@wanadoo.fr) AND the MOVPE Local Organization Chair (josyane.roschitz@georgiatech-metz.fr). A cancellation confirmation will be returned to you by email.
  • If you cancel your registration prior to May 01, 2008, a 15% charge will be withheld in order to cover processing fees. Cancellation notices received on or after May 01, 2008, will not qualify for a refund.
  • Refunds will be processed after the end of the Conference
