Conference registered participants needing a visa to enter France and requiring a letter of support from the conference organizers should contact the conference communication chair  Veronique Bredas well in advance. In order to avoid any possible problems due to unwelcomed delays, this should be done as early as possible.

Please indicate in your mail the title of your contribution at the conference and the length of your stay in France.
