- Dead line of paper submission is 18 May 2008 - Total length of papers in Journal: -- 4 pages for normal contributions -- 6 pages for invited contributions Authors presenting their work at the 14th International Conference on Metalorganic Vapor Phase Epitaxy are welcome to submit a manuscript for consideration for publication in the conference proceedings. These proceedings will appear as a special issue of the Journal of Crystal Growth. Only work presented by a submitting author that is not published, in press, or submitted for publication elsewhere will be considered for publication. All manuscripts will be reviewed and acceptance of a paper (oral or a poster) for conference presentation does not guarantee inclusion in the proceeding. The proceedings will accept manuscripts up to 4 printed journal pages for contributed presentations and 6 printed journal pages for invited talks. This is inclusive of all components of your manuscript such as the abstract, text, figures and references. As a rough guideline, 3 pages of a double-spaced manuscript is approximately 1 printed page. 1 printed journal page of pure text contains about 750 words or 4400 characters. These numbers have to be reduced accordingly for figures etc. One printed page should not contain more than 6 figures and/or tables. Please follow the guidelines for the authors available here where instructions on the preferred formatting for the text, figures and graphical content is given. All submissions must be submitted through the journal website at http://ees.elsevier.com/crys .
