Oral Presentations
Time allotted for oral presentations are:
·    Plenary talks : 60 minutes (including 10 min. for discussion).
·    Invited talks : 30  minutes (including 5 min. for discussion).
·    Contributed talks : 20 minutes (including 5 min. for discussion).

For oral presentations, a PC video projector will be available. Please prepare your presentation in MS-PowerPoint or PDF format (CD-ROM or USB-stick). It is strongly recommended to transfer your presentation to the host computer well in advance before the start of the session.
The participants are requested to check on their files prior to the scheduled time to avoid the possible compatibility problems. A system for checking and preview is available in the conference office room which will be open during the conference period. Support will be given by our staff.

Poster Presentations
The area of boards for poster is 200cm high and  100cm wide. The authors are requested to set up their poster Tuesday morning and to dismount them on wednesday evening.
